We provide an 18-month warranty, including free air-shipped spare parts for any failures. Additionally, we offer tech support through a WhatsApp group with our engineers, video call, user manuals, and YouTube videos for technical assistance.
9. How do I make a payment?
After confirming the proforma invoice, a 50% TT deposit is required before production, with the balance due before delivery.
10. Do you export machines to my country?

11. How do I withdraw money from the card reader?
We will install card reader in factory, and service will be provided by card reader company local office. You will need to have an account in card reader company system. And you can apply to withdraw money every week- every month. Depand on local card reader company policy.
